CIBJO Congress 2026 delegates and their accompanying persons are invited to book hotel rooms at preferential rates at one of three offical congress hotels. All are located in the town of Abano Terme, a famous Italian spa resort town located 53 kilometres or a 30-to-40-minute drive northeast of Vicenza.

Complimentary transportation will be provided by the organisers to and from the hotels in Abano Terme and the congress venues in Vicenza during the course of the event.

With a temperature of about 80 °C (176 °F), the town’s hot springs and mud baths have for centuries drawn people to Abano Terme from across Italy and Europe. They were known to the ancients Romans as Aponi fons or Aquae Patavinae. Destroyed in the 6th century, they were rebuilt and enlarged when Abano Terme became an autonomous commune in the 12th century and, again, in the late 14th century. The town was part of the Republic of Venice from 1405 to 1797.

All three congress hotels are part of the G.B. Thermæ Hotels group.

The special rates are valid from September 3-7, 2026, and are per room, per night, and include bed and breakfast.
