IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CIBJO CONGRESS PARTICIPANTS
Participants in the 2025 CIBJO Congress will be responsible for arriving at the various congress venues on their own. With the exception of the official dinner on the second day of the congress, October 28, 2025, all the congress venues and recommended hotels are within 10 minutes easy walking distance from one another, or alternatively can be reached using public transportation and/or taxi cabs.
Because security precautions will be in force at the various locations, it is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of a session, meal or event. For the Opening Session, on Monday morning, October 27, its is recommended that you arrive at the Comet Bourse by 08:30.
Entry into the various venues and events will require you to show your official name tag, which registered participants can collect when they arrive for the first time at one of the two official venues. You should also carry a personal photo ID document, such as a passport.

Please note that stringent security measures are enforced at Palais du Luxembourg, the home of the Sénat of the Republic of France, the venue of the “Taste of Paris” on October 28, 2025.
The dinner will begin at 20:00. However, participants should arrive at the venue no later than 1900, in order be able to pass through security. The doors will close at 19:45.You will need to both show your official congress name tag, and identify yourself using a passport, or another official photo ID.
