The host of the 2025 CIBJO Congress is the Union Française de la Bijouterie, Joaillerie, Orfèvrerie, des Pierres & des Perles (UFBJOP). It is an organisation that brings together all the parties involved in the French jewellery, goldsmith, precious stone and pearl industry. It acts with respect to all dimensions of the trade and successfully balances its roles as a trade association, a jewellery school, a training center and an expert gemstone laboratory.

 The UFBJOP brings together nearly 200 companies, mostly SMEs, including production workshops, luxury groups and industrial companies.

 The UFBJOP also oversees governance of the jewellery school Haute Ecole de Joaillerie, which was created in 1867, to ensure the future of crafts in the sector, transmitting the traditional know-how and new technologies.

Since 2011, the UFBJOP ihas also been the only shareholder of the French Gemmological Laboratory, which provides scientific analysis of gems services for professionals and individuals.
